Our goals are:

• To provide community and offer support to women and members of other underrepresented groups in the field of Indo-European studies, so they can thrive as scholars as they research ancient languages and their development.

• To advance the cause of gender equity in IE studies at all career stages, so that the field can continue to thrive by attracting and cultivating more diverse talents and scholars and benefiting from their contributions.

• Creating and sharing resources and offering mentoring and networking opportunities.

• Monitoring the status of women and underrepresented groups in the field and developing concrete recommendations for positive change.
